We have some dates for 2024.
Our beef prices are changing for 2024. We have decided to go to a hanging weight price instead of live weight. For 2024, our beef will be $3.25/lb hanging weight plus processing.
Our Pig Processing dates are scheduled for the end of the year, as we did in 2023. This way, people will have their orders in time for the Holidays. Our processing locations for the pigs will be at Lake Geneva Country Meats.

April 15th- 1 at Sorgs (Darien)
May 7th- 2 at Lake Geneva Country Meats
July 9th- 2 at Lake Geneva Country Meats
September 10th- 2 at Lake Geneva Country Meats
October 29th- 1 at Lake Geneva Country Meats
December 10th- 2 at Lake Geneva Country Meats
Pigs
October 10th- 4 at Lake Geneva Country Meats
October 31st- 6 at Lake Geneva Country Meats

Processing orders can be divided or kept whole. Here is what you get if the steer weighed 1500 lbs:
Whole Steer: +/- 800 lbs.
1/2 Steer: +/- 400 lbs.
1/4 Steer: +/- 200 lbs.
*All of these weights are estimates. Every steer finishes at a different weight. You can expect roughly 55-60% of live weight will come back to you in meat.
Processing orders for pigs can be divided in half or kept whole. Here is what you get if the pig weighed 350 lbs:
Whole Pig: +/- 228 lbs.
1/2 Pig: +/- 114 lbs.
*All of these weights are estimates. Every pig finishes at a different weight. You can expect roughly 65-70% of live weight will come back to you in meat.
We are asking that if you are interested in reserving a date for a processing order, please contact Kristin @ 262-215-9156. You can contact her by text message, calling, or Facebook messenger anytime Monday-Saturday 7 am to 7pm. We ask that you let her know the date you are looking to reserve, your name, your phone number, and if you are looking for 1/4, 1/2, or whole. Please remember that dates fill up fast. Let Kristin know what date you want. She looks forward to hearing from you!
As a new customer, we ask that you reserve your processing spot with a $200 deposit for 1/4 or 1/2's and a $400 deposit for whole orders. We accept cash, check, or Venmo for deposits.
